Job Summary:
The Electrician II’s primary responsibility for this job is to perform electrical repair and maintenance on billboards and facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for installing, altering, maintaining and repairing all electrical systemsDispose of used materials and trash properlyMaintain accurate log of completed jobsPerform all work in accordance with established safety proceduresInspect completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codesMay be cross trained in other activities in maintenance functionOther duties as assigned or requestedJob Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
Must have strong organizational and time management skills.Must be detail oriented.Must possess valid in-state driver’s license suitable for light commercial vehicles.Ability to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.Ability to interpret a variety of situations and instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.Skills
Mathematical Acumen (Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.)Capable of utilizing mobile and desktop platforms to perform day-to-day tracking of work tasks, report issues, take pictures, complete forms and inputting hours worked.Competencies:

The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, pull, push and position ladders, ropes, pulleys, material and equipment in excess of 85 pounds. Employee is required to climb ladders and/or stairs and work at heights of 100 feet or more. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.This job is performed in an outside environment in seasonally inclement weather. The requirements of the job include occasional exposure to heat, cold, poisonous plants, and insects.
The Targeted Salary Range for this New York State position is $36.00 to $41.50 per Hour.
Hourly roles are overtime eligible; Operations roles are Productivity Pay eligible.
