Your role and responsibilities

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Local Division Manager to oversee the commercial and production operations of our IEC LV Motors division in Shanghai. This role is responsible for profit and loss, operational performance, business growth, and strategic implementation within the local division.Key Responsibilities:•\tStrategic Implementation: Execute the division strategy locally, ensuring profitable business development and managing profit and loss (P&L) in domestic and allocated markets.•\tOperational Excellence: Drive local strategy development and deployment with the local management team, ensuring operational performance targets align with global objectives. Establish and oversee a robust business operating model, identifying and implementing improvement actions.•\tMarket Evaluation: Assess market opportunities and determine appropriate activities in line with the division strategy.•\tProduction Oversight: Manage production facilities within the operating unit, implement expansion plans, and identify opportunities for local execution improvements.•\tCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.•\tCapability Development: Continuously develop business and people capabilities, enhancing manufacturing technology and competence in line with strategic goals.•\tTalent Development: Focus on talent development and building a robust talent pipeline to ensure the division's long-term success•\tCultural Leadership: Foster a culture of high integrity and engagement to achieve business results.•\tChange Leadership: Act as a change leader, driving initiatives to improve performance and efficiency.
