Job Overview:

Onin Staffing is seeking motivated Driver Helpers to assist delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and securing cargo. This role requires physical labor, including heavy lifting, bending, and twisting, as deliveries include furniture, appliances, and other large items.

Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficientlySecure items properly within the vehicle to prevent damage during transportNavigate to delivery locations using maps or GPSCommunicate with customers and provide excellent service during deliveriesSupport the driver throughout the route to ensure timely and accurate deliveries


Work Experience

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy items repeatedly throughout the shiftComfortable with physical labor, including bending, twisting, and prolonged standingReliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts (5 AM start)Willingness to work long hours (10-12 hour shifts) as neededTeam-oriented with strong communication skills
