1. 区域市场洞察
- 深入了解所在区域医疗生态环境
- 评估区域市场竞争态势
- 收集并分析区域医疗资源分布情况
2. 医院准入路径
- 梳理目标医院新药准入机制，
- 追踪和分析医院用药决策流程
- 识别潜在准入机会和障碍
3. 市场信息收集
- 追踪疾病领域治疗现状
- 了解现有治疗路径和用药模式
- 分析医生处方行为特征
- 跟踪给药场景(门诊/住院)
4. 专家网络建设
- 协同团队覆盖相关临床专家
- 建立药学专家沟通网络
- 维护专家关系
5. 政策环境跟踪
- 关注区域医疗政策变化
- 跟踪医保政策发展趋势
- 收集行业政策信息
