Job Description

The Local IT Support Intern will be responsible for providing  technical support and maintaining the integrity of our IT hardware devices.

Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware and software troubleshootingConduct thorough diagnostics and implement effective resolutions for technical issuesExecute timely updates of operating systems to maintain optimal performance and securityManage and maintain accurate inventory control of all computer equipmentOversee the strategic replacement of computer equipment to ensure operational efficiencyDeliver customer service and support to all internal and external stakeholders, maintaining  high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Local IT Support Intern position must possess the following qualifications:

Active student of the Systems Career
Be an active student prior to 1 year to finish the degreeDemonstrated proficiency in desktop and laptop operating system features, installation and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesFast learnerWorking towards objectives in an organized and disciplined wayInterpersonal skills for effective communication with users and IT personnelProven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyBasic proficiency in English language skills
