Our newest concept, Pagoda Asian Grill by P.F. Chang's, is seeking a Local Marketing Coordinator to help grow our restaurant’s presence and connect with our local community. This role is perfect for a proactive networker who loves building relationships, crafting innovative marketing strategies, and promoting a brand that values hospitality and quality dining experiences.
What You’ll Do:Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, hospitals, hotels, radio stations, influencers, and community organizations during food runs and outreach efforts.
Develop and execute community events and charitable initiatives to boost brand awareness.
Support public relations efforts, including cooking demonstrations, media appearances and publicity events to promote the restaurant's offerings.
Collaborate with the management team to create and implement local restaurant marketing programs that drive guest loyalty and sales growth.
Identify and pursue business opportunities for catering, group dining, and private events.
Manage social media engagement using Meta Business Suite and analytics tools.
Track and report on marketing and sales performance, providing insights for optimization.
Develop proposals and conduct meetings to attract corporate accounts and event planners.
Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional service and follow-through.
Stay informed on cultural, culinary, and social trends to align marketing efforts with community interests.
Promote and drive participation in Pagoda’s special promotions, loyalty programs, and gift card initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or hospitality preferred.
Experience: Experience in marketing, sales, or community engagement.
Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and analytics.
Sales-Oriented: Previous experience in sales is highly desirable.
Essential Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required.
Must pass company driving criteria (background check and vehicle inspection).
Ability to safely operate personal vehicle (car) to follow routes and adhere to time schedule.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional travel within a 15 to 30-mile radius.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
