Local Sales Forager
Join our fast-growing team at Arden's Garden, where we are seeking a  motivated and charismatic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling to local accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and driving productivity within our current client base. You will also play a key role in increasing brand awareness and engaging with the community through sampling and events.  The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.     Key Responsibilities: + Sales & Account Management: Identify and target local accounts, develop strategic relationships, and drive sales growth. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our current accounts are fully maximized and well-supported. + Brand Development: Collaborate with upper management to create and execute strategies that will boost brand visibility and engagement at retail. Your insights will help shape our approach to local marketing efforts. + Customer Engagement: Organize and participate in sampling events at retail and other initiatives that promote our brand and build stronger ties with our audience. + Strategic Planning: Work efficiently to create and maintain account target lists. Develop and refine strategies that prioritize efficiency and productivity, always aiming for the best outcomes for both our company and our clients. + Learning & Development: Stay curious and eager to learn. You’ll need to absorb knowledge about our products, industry trends, and customer needs, and share this knowledge with both colleagues and clients.
