Localization Marketing Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a localization project specialist to support a marketing and retail team to implement the enterprise brand across business units and implement/optimize in-language adaptation for Latino markets. This person will be supporting translation, localization, and vendor processes to ensure a seamless user experience for non-English speakers for digital marketing materials in retail stores and interactions. On a day to day basis, candidates will attend daily vendor and production calls, maintain project trackers for timelines and aggressive due dates and work closely with a marketing team to write briefs, support Latino campaign needs and be a go to person for all segment marketing initiatives. Candidates can also expect do due the following activities:
Manage weekly launches
Project manage translation and DTP requests for creative marketing, and local requests
Co-manage Figma projects which include manual copy routing through approvals, coordinating with vendor partners, and final QA checks
Candidates should be comfortable working with multiple crossfunctional teams, external agencies, and management to inform on project instructions, content launches and guidelines on brand voice, terminology, and style.
