Hourly Wage of $26/HR

Major Responsibilities

Consulting with the employer and identifying employment needsInterviewing potential applicants regarding their skills, experience and educationContacting references and performing background checks on applicantsInforming applicants about position details, including working conditions, benefits, and dutiesHiring or referring qualified applicants for the employerConducting or helping with new employee orientationKeeping process paperwork and employment records


Minimum Education or Certifications Required

High school diploma or equivalentCollege degree preferred


Minimum Experience or Skills Required

Confidentiality and discretion required; excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly in personnel management; strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software; strong attention to detail; minimum one year experience in a payroll environmentProblem solving and analytical abilities.Ability to verbally communicate with passengers, Drivers, Dispatchers and Road Supervisors including use of a 2-way radio and PA system effectively.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Ability to appropriately interact with employees of all levels including drivers, customers, management, client representatives, union officials, and public.Work extended hours regularly, including weekends and holidays to meet the business needs.Demonstrate regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
