Description We are on the lookout for a Location Services Specialist to join our team based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, while also providing crucial support to our internal and external clients. As a Location Services Specialist, your duties will involve a high degree of interaction with building management vendors, as well as taking on a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-regulated workplace.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in day-to-day support activities to ensure the efficient running of the location
• Maintain effective communication with a diverse range of audiences, both verbally and in writing
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to create and edit documents, charts, graphics, and tables
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring all are executed effectively
• Provide administrative assistance, including the handling of an advanced multi-line telephone system
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, directing them to the appropriate individual and informing relevant parties of their arrival
• Collaborate closely with Location Services Manager or Supervisor to ensure the location remains safe, well-maintained, and clean
• Drive interactions with building management vendors, internal clients, and external clients
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, processing customer credit applications and accurately maintaining customer credit records
• Perform daily operations including photocopying and scanning documents, and proofreading for quality assurance. Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service is required
• Familiarity with Office Functions is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is required
• Experience in dealing with Vendors is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is necessary
• Graphic Design skills are beneficial
• Ability to Execute tasks efficiently is required
• Experience in Administrative Assistance is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required
• Proofreading skills are beneficial
• Experience in managing Daily Operation is necessary
• Ability to liaise with Appropriate Personnel is required
• Experience with Multi-line Phone Systems is beneficial
• Experience in handling Visitor queries is necessary
• Knowledge of QA Management is beneficial
• Experience in Support Services is required
