Location Services Specialist
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Location Services Specialist in Mishawaka, Indiana. In this role, you will be tasked with various duties related to location services and administrative tasks, especially during the busy season. You will work hand in hand with the Location Services team and will be expected to contribute to the smooth running of the office and the enhancement of the overall experience. Responsibilities: • Ensure the setup, tear down, and cleanliness of catered areas. • Maintain coffee areas, dishwashers, and the setup of afternoon snacks. • Execute small scale office activities and provide hands-on support for office efficiency. • Interact with building management, vendors, internal and external clients, and other support service team members. • Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to ensure the location is safe, well-maintained, and clean. • Maintain office equipment and supplies, including furniture, phones, security cards, and supplies. • Assist with other administrative tasks in the office, including front desk responsibilities. • Actively contribute to the firm culture through participation in internal and client-facing activities. • Process scanning and return processing duties during busy seasons. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with diverse audiences, managing multiple tasks and projects. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset • Proficiency in using 'About Time' software • Experience in scanning and managing security systems • Ability to build and maintain detail-oriented relationships with vendors • Excellent time management and execution skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail • Experience in scale-out operations • Must be punctual and reliable • Ability to manage snack inventory and distribution • Experience with Mindset software is a plus • Ability to handle physical tasks such as tearing and dishwashing • Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management • Excellent support services skills, with a focus on providing top-notch assistance to all parties involved.
