We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning this business, growing with a team and applying their skills to each custom project. **About The Role:** As a CBRE Location Strategy Analyst, you will assist the lead consultants with site selection projects for large organizations. You will also contribute to research and thought leadership pieces relating to location considerations for Fortune 500 companies. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. **What You'll Do:** + Learn and understand the corporate site selection process along with the due diligence associated with assisting clients in choosing a market for future operations + Assist with the analytics and reporting for location and labor site selection projects with lead consultants + Work with other consulting analysts and consultants on integrated consulting projects, domestically and globally + Conduct the administrative set up of a project for consulting leaders + Support thought leadership pieces through research + Capture and organize data for project initiatives + Conduct primary research for projects through web research and exploration of data sources + Attend Location and Consulting Practice team meetings for project review and organizational updates + Put together ad hoc presentations and analytics for business development efforts + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered + Ability to use existing procedures to tackle standard problems + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
