In this role, you will:
Supervise a team of 10-15 Operation Specialists in the high-speed image capture/ scanning area.Responsible for moderately complex transactional and operational tasks such as processing servicing related tasks, identifying problems, improving service levels and develop metric to measure growth and performanceEnsure timely completion, quality, and compliance within the operation areaWork independently on moderately complex issues and projectsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development and escalates issues to senior managementProvide training, performance, evaluation and coaching of less experienced teamMake daily supervisory decisions and resolve moderately complex business issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operational tasks under direction of Operations managementLeverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage allocation of people and financial resources for OperationsMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:
Financial industry experience with Lockbox or other Banking OperationsKnowledge and understanding of Lockbox Operations department workflow processesExperience leading an operations team in a production environmentTime management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to anticipate and make timely and independent judgment to identify and resolve problemsAbility to interact with all levels of an organization, including managementAbility to motivate staff to prioritize work and provide performance feedback to staffExperience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environmentExperience driving process improvement efforts to gain efficiencies.Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and measurementsAbility to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence changeAbility to read correspondence accurately and be able to provide a written responseAbility to provide strong customer service and handle service escalationsAbility to develop customer and partner relationshipsOrganizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAnalytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsAdvanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsJob Expectations:
Ability to work on-site at the posted work locationSchedule is Wednesday to Sunday and off on Monday/TuesdayHours are 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM or until work is completed with open ended requirement to support business needs and volumesWork may include holidays & extended shifts if needed to support this 24/7 locationLocation:
