And are equally committed to creating a healthier environment and planet through our sustainability efforts. **Role** **Locksmith** **Department: Maintenance** **Kovin** **Job Summary** To prevent irregularities, failures, and downtime in the operation of production equipment through preventive maintenance and regular monitoring of the functioning of individual elements of production equipment, devices, and installations, which could significantly affect the quality of the product at any stage of production. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + The employee is informed about all relevant SOPs that are an integral part of the Quality Policy, which are related to the job position described in this job description. + Execution of routine activities from the equipment preventive maintenance plan. + Performing complex interventions on equipment with defect analysis (repair of non-standard equipment and equipment specific to the production process). + Control and maintenance of hydraulic elements on machines and equipment in the factory. + Control and maintenance of lubrication systems on machines and equipment in the factory. + Operation control and maintenance of compressed air production facilities in the factory. + Control and maintenance of pneumatic systems and components on machines and equipment in the factory. + Control and maintenance of basic mechanical elements on machines and equipment in the factory (simple mechanisms and their components). + Working with external contractors/service providers. + Control and maintenance of metalwork and carpentry in all facilities. + In the absence of the machinist from work, and at the order of a superior, assumes part of their duties. + Participates as an executor in equipment overhauls in the factory. + Operates a powered electric pallet truck as needed. + Assists other direct executors in the maintenance sector during equipment maintenance, in accordance with one's skills. + Maintains the tidiness of the workplace, maintenance workshop, and auxiliary facilities. + Performs additional duties as instructed by a superior. + Performs all duties in accordance with company procedures in the fields of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection, as well as other applicable legal regulations. + Behave in accordance with the core West values: Customer Commitment, Quality Leaders, and One West Team. **Additional Responsibilities** + Special Authorities: Authorized to stop the operation of a machine or plant if there is a threat of a major breakdown, stoppage, or danger of worker injury during work, and to immediately notify a superior. **Education** + High school (Level III - minimum Mechanical High School). + The employee must have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in the industry or a minimum of 2 years of experience at West Pharmaceutical Services in the same or similar positions. + General health capability. **Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** + Computer literacy (Word, Excel). + Communication skills - Able to express clearly in both oral and written forms. + Teamwork - Aware of the role of a team player and the role of a team leader. + Knowledge of work processes and technological procedures. **What we offer** + Excellent working conditions + Personal and professional development + Modern and equipped cafeteria with cooked meals + Private health insurance + Friendly and dynamic team **The application deadline** **22.02.2025.** West embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
