Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and inspire our inside sales representatives.Build and expand our B2B sales team and identify new B2B opportunities.Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure optimal team performance.Establish and track sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics.Conduct sales analyses, prepare comprehensive reports, and recommend actionable improvements.Leverage customer feedback to drive product and feature innovations.Explore and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement.Communicate effectively with doctor's offices, nurse practitioners, and clinic managers to build relationships and drive sales opportunities.Foster an open, communicative, and collaborative team culture.Qualifications:
