Summary You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the INSTALLATIONS AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will oversee and analyze budgets for the Logistics Division. You will develop, provide, and ensure risk management strategies are enacted to mitigate impacts on LP operations. You will lead on inventory management practices. (e.g., forecast and demand planning, resource estimates, financial management, visibility, accountability, and control of critical items using automated tools and best practices.) You will support, identifies, plans, and oversees procurement activities, task management, operations management and administrative management. You will oversee the development of data management strategies to include assessment of long-term technical data needs and metrics. You will oversee the development, acquisition and fielding of hardware and software products for the Logisitics Portfolio. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supplying support and authoritative analysis to leadership on comprehensive technical information, the modernization of logistics processes, situational analyses, and alternative solutions to improve the quality and quantity of future logistical programs.
