Are you an expert in finance and data analysis?

Your role at Baxter

Support and ensure the implementation of the logistics strategies required by the company, ensuring the standardization and homogeneity of Logistics & International Transportation processes for the Colombia Cluster. Likewise, you must ensure compliance with Baxter policies and national logistics regulations.

What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for the Logistics & International Transportation MIPs program, ensuring the corresponding monitoring to guarantee its implementation within the committed times.

2. Support the process of analysis of financial variations for Cluster operations.

3. Consolidate the required information that supports the variations in the accounts and provide the explanations associated with all expenses in the chain. 4. Carry out projection of the area's projects to support the financial years (Forecast/AOP).

5. Support the TCTS (Total Cost to Serve) process for the Colombia Cluster and follow up on proposals that optimize the Chain.

6. Ensure that Warehousing and Distribution Validations are performed according to established timelines and support the process to ensure they meet Baxter requirements.

What you'll bring

1. Professional in Finance, Economy, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related.

2. Two (2) plus years of proven experience in distribution and/or logistics operations with emphasis on finance and/or economics and advance level of English.

3. Postgraduate studies in innovation or Project Management is a plus.
