Role + Responsibilities:
Act as organization partner to enable an efficient customer delivery performance with the clear objective of meeting customer requirements, comply with regulations and guidelines and balanced cost/revenue of freight Checking of status of shipment and requested/needed documents. Coordinate import with broker and ensure correctness of import. Coordinate local transportation with logistics providers and monitor customer delivery performance Follow export control guidelines and regulations in strong alignment with Logistics Compliance Manager of E+H INT Improve continuously local logistic processes. Discuss and align logistic requirements with customers. Calculate and implement local freight charges (Incoterms DDP) Act as interface to E+H INT shipment export coordinator Monitor inbound delivery status. Ensure legal, customs and trade compliance related to logistics. Optimize local logistic processes.
Ensure freight costs and revenue balance.
Manage local storage.
Qualification + Profile
Logistic Administration degree or other related with at least 3 years of experience in the field Knowledge of specific rules import environment. Knowledge of homologation procedures Empowerment - ability to take ownership. Communication skills Assertiveness Well organized and good time management Willingness to learn. Intermediate English language
