This is a salaried/exempt position with an annual estimated salary of $74,630.00 which will be based on a candidate’s work history and experience. Identify and document requirements for the payload flights. Identify payload logistics tasks for each project and integrate these tasks into the specific Project Integrated Master Schedules to ensure on time completion of the task and proper logistics team resourcing. Establish an Integrated Payload Logistics Master Schedule across projects to assist with payload logistics resource planning. Update and review this integrated schedule on weekly basis with the payload logistics team as the primary tool used for setting priorities, assignment of schedule items looking ahead and tracking task completion. Post the current schedule to the Logistics SharePoint site (MS Project and PDF format) and ensure that the payload logistics team understands the tasks and due dates and provide inputs for completion of tasks and any addition or changes that need to be captured. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, within related discipline from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience; plus five years of applicable experience.
