Responsibilities Description Provide lifecycle logistics and supply support on multiple NAVAIR PMA-281 programs supporting Navy and Marine Corps units with focus on the following: What You'll Do: Inventory Management /Asset Tracking Customer Support/ Help Desk EKB/Tablet configuration and distribution Physical Inventory PHS&T Key Responsibilities: Performs inventory management functions related to asset tracking of hardware, software, and physical inventory Forecasts material requirements for PMA-281 stock Prioritizes limited repair efforts as needed related to stock availability Performs Electronic Knee Board (EKB) tablet configuration and asset tracking Processes excess or obsolete material to DLA Prepares shipment documentation in accordance with security regulations for unclassified and classified material shipments PHS&T as required Help Desk support processing and tracking tickets for both hardware and software Database updates and report analysis as required utilizing the PLM tool, Aras Perform site inventory audit assistance with fleet personnel Qualifications Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education: Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Associates in a related field. If no degree is held, qualified candidates may be considered based on prior military, DoD, or related business experience in Logistics and NAVAIR support. Experience: DoD Logistics/Supply support Inventory, Asset Tracking, Configuration Management, Document Control Proficiency in Office applications, Excel, Access, and Word Other Requirements: This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data system. Desired Qualifications: Experience: Experience with Microsoft Project Experience in Customer Support operations Experience in NAVAIR or DoD Logistics/Supply support Skills & Technology Used Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Possesses both analytical and interpersonal skills. Good problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills/techniques. Business Partner/Effective Communicator: English language skills to communicate and negotiate with vendors. Strong communicator must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and orally. Ability to act independently and within team environments. Customer service oriented, detail focused, pro-active behavior, multi-task capability. Software: Microsoft Office Suite Excel Outlook SharePoint Personal computer, printer, copy machine and other general office equipment.
