**Responsibilities** **Noblis ESI is seeking a Logistician with a** **warehouse operations** **or** **deployment coordinat** **or** **background to** **support** **our client on-site in Chantilly, VA.** **Job Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute detailed plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. + Provide comprehensive logistical support, including transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, and resource management. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamlessand efficient use of resources. + Oversee the allocation andutilizationof resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies, to support deployment operations. + Maintainaccurateand up-to-date documentation of activities, including logs, reports, and records. + Identifyand resolve logistical challenges and issues that may arise. + Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency. + Provide training and support to personnel to ensure readiness and effectiveness. + Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints. + Assess and mitigate risks associated, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and resources. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Alternatively,demonstrateanadditional4 years of related experience per level if no bachelor's degree is held. + Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph + Experience working in a warehouse operations or deployment coordinator role.
