\nFour Hands is on the lookout for an Outbound Logistics Analyst to help optimize and enhance our logistics network. In this role, you will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive efficiencies that contribute to a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll work closely with the Sales Operations team to address carrier challenges, minimize costs, and ensure seamless deliveries. As a key liaison between our Sales team, warehouses, and carriers, you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. In This Role\nAssist in identifying opportunities to reduce supply chain costs and improve logistics operations, working under the guidance of senior team members to implement process enhancements\nCollect and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support logistics and supply chain decision-making\nSupport the logistics department in generating and maintaining regular performance reports, helping to identify areas for improvement\nWork with partner carriers to track performance, address delivery issues, and ensure adherence to service standard\nCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Sales Ops) to align logistics strategies with broader business objectives\nDesign and maintain logistics models and reports to track costs and service quality\nAssist in maintaining accurate data sources to support logistics reporting and business processes\nBuild strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient customer delivery experience\nPartner with carriers to address delivery challenges and find solutions that enhance the customer experience\nSupport the implementation of process changes that improve service and operational efficiency\nOther duties as assigned by Management\nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence\nAct with responsibility\nValue the whole person\nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n

The Ideal Person\n1+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field\nProficiency in Excel and basic data analysis; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus\nStrong analytical skills to interpret data and identify process improvements\nProblem-solving mindset with a focus on practical solutions\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization techniques a plus\nExcellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy in reporting and analysis\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to convey insights clearly\nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment\nCollaborative team player who works well across functions to meet shared goals\nCustomer-focused approach to enhance the delivery experience\nAdaptable and open to evolving business needs\n
