We are looking for:

The Logistics Analyst – Equipment management will execute the strategy of our logistics assets (viz: trailers, railcars, ISO tanks, IBCs) usage and to manage the associated transactions and reports. You will be supported in the field by competent and knowledgeable field technicians and receive the needed directions from management.  In this journey, you will explore areas where through your idea contribution we will be able to optimize asset usage and create value through the associated savings.

Deal with documentation related with Oversee and resolve leases, on-hire, off-hire, and billing issues Manage Contracts Maintain an Asset inventory list Take ownership on registrations and compliance matters Administer maintenance ( cleaning )  and repairs services Liaise and contact vendors for vetting, invoice clarifications, and audit purposes   Loss, Claims, and insurance matters. Create Purchase Orders Provide weekly reports on equipment usage, location, and dwell times.  Provide intelligence on the equipment markets

You will bring:

A high school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years’ experience in a related field such as logistics, customer service or finance. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate within a team across all levels of the organization. Able to communicate in English clearly and concisely in a respectful and business-like manner. Ability to prioritize and exhibit project management skills. Attention to detail and delivery to meet deadlines To care and be able to challenge objectively. Ability to travel as required. Less than 10%

You will get:

Competitive salary and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $91,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
