The Logistics Analyst will provide direct support to the VP of Distribution in working on various projects affecting the whole supply chain including logistics, transportation, and logistics planning. Key responsibilities for the Logistics Analyst will include budget planning and control, KPI development and capacity modeling. You will provide counsel and recommendations to affect successful counter measures to unplanned budget and inventory events. You will learn and implement best practices from your AG counterparts. This role is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
\n\n\n\tMain contact person for logistics controlling issues\n\tSupport Distribution VP with budget development and monitoring and adjustments\n\tCollaborate with BP&A to develop and manage operational budget\n\tPlan logistics operating budgets\n\tCoordinate budget development with Logistics Department Leaders for timely submission\n\tMaintain constant budget control and, as necessary, develop and initiate appropriate counter measures\n\tWork closely with BP&A to understand monthly variance & ensuring accuracy of data\n\tAnalyze capacity needs and develop models to support operational decisions\n\tProject controlling consisting of milestone and budget controlling\n\tDefinition and preparation of relevant logistics KPI`s\n\tDevelop and improve existing system reporting structures\n\tBI report development\n\tDevelop and publish reports to include daily, weekly, monthly volume and performance status\n\tProvide support data and analysis needed for strategic decisions\n\tDeploy analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict and enhance supply chain processes\n\tConduction of project controlling consisting of milestone and budget controlling\n\t \n
Your profile:
\n\tBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or, Accounting or, Global Logistics Management. MBA preferred.\n\tAccounting or Bookkeeping experience is a plus.\n\t2-3 years’ experience Supply Chain Management or Finance\n\tKnowledge in ERP systems, SAP in particular and, Business Warehouse System\n\tStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite\n\tEffective communication skills\n\tWell-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.\n\tUnquestionable work ethics, personal integrity and honesty.\n\tChange management skills
