Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Logistic and Programmatic support to the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office.Serve as the subject matter expert for Air and Missile Defense Battalion force management analysis, Manpower Requirements Criteria (MARC), Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and Table of Organization and Equipment (TOE) analyses, and Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data (BOIPFD) authoring and amendments.Work with multidisciplinary teams comprised of prime and sub-contractors, military, and government leadership, along with internal and external stakeholders.Communicate and collaborate with higher echelon government teams at the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and other Major Commands (MACOM) concerning Air and Missile Defense acquisition documents, processes, milestones, and sustainment.Provide analyses and data for Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs), Operational Sustainment Reviews (OSRs), Staff Action Control Officer (SACO) tasks, create graphical data presentations, spreadsheets, power queries and power pivots, along with power business intelligence (BI) data presentations.Be able to extrapolate data from multiple sources and compile it in other deliverables and products.Participate as an active stakeholder in government meetings, and Integrated Product Teams (IPT) representing the government customer.Effectively and efficiently author, review, and revise official Army documentation in accordance with current Army regulation, and the Plain Writing Act of 2010 (Public Law 111-274)Be familiar with and able to author statutory and regulatory acquisition documents. Possess a working knowledge of Materiel Release (MR) and Type Classification (TC) procedures.Be able to work with other team members within the integrated product support (IPS) environment and fully support the Product Support Manager (PSM) in the areas of product support management; design interface; sustaining engineering; supply support; maintenance planning and management; packaging, handling, storage, and transportation; technical data; support equipment; training and training support; manpower and personnel; facilities and infrastructure; and information technology systems continuous support.Be able to work and deliver products under short suspense deadlines and ensure quality products and services are delivered.Basic Qualifications:
Superior writing and oral communication skills.Familiarization with Title 10 United States Code (USC) areas of law covering sustainment and depot areas of DoD, DoDI, and Army Regulations (AR).Familiarity with Army Publishing Directorate (APD), Interactive Authoring and Display Software (IADS), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Force Management System Website (FMSWeb), and Cloud Equipping (cQuiP).Expert in Microsoft Office Suite applications.Currently has Secret Clearance (or higher) or ability to obtain one. BS/BA with 15+ years of Logistic Operations experience or 20+ years of military experience in Air Defense.Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Office CertifiedDoD Acquisition Corps or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (Public Law 101-510) (DAWIA) Level III certified in logistics or other acquisition discipline.KBR Benefits
