Job Title:Logistics Analyst Location:Arlington, VA Clearance Level:DOD Top Secret Clearance Summary We deliver essential technology services to our customers in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. SecuriGence is seeking a talented Logistics Analyst to help contribute to our success. Come help us solve problems with Innovation Through Intelligence. Duties: The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Client in the lifecycle management of the organizations hardware and software, procuring, accounting for all hardware items and software licenses, updating applicable databases and processing BMC Remedy changes, tasks and work order tickets, as well as creating training documentation and training aids. + Create, manage, close Remedy/JIRA Change and Work Order tickets. + Search for tickets within the Remedy/JIRA tool using the different search functions, different criteria and determine where tasks are assigned. + Understand the various Remedy/JIRA offerings, where to find them, how to help a User select the correct ones and recommend additional offerings. + Adding, updating and transitioning assets and software licenses in the Defense Procurement and Accounting System (DPAS). + Work with IT Financial Management (FM) procurement team to compare procurement information against received assets. + Barcode assets and update configuration items in the CMS. + Serve as the Equipment Custodian (EC) for all hardware assets stored in the warehouse until transitioned to another EC. + Provide, or ensure availability of, the monthly warehouse equipment-inventory report, to include warranty expiration, NLT than five (5) business days of the following month. + Provide knowledge articles (e.g., procedures for shipping, disposal, and requesting assets from warehouse) when necessary to effectively share IT Service Management information to aid and assist the provisioning of IT services. + Loading dock receiving, pallet jack usage, shelf movement, stocking, inventory of stock, shipping - including freight shipping. + Will be responsible for scheduling and hosting weekly required meetings for in-person and remote meetings, process the required documentation and capture and archive meeting minutes. + Participate in Integrated Process Teams (IPTs) when required. + Ability to support meetings and Agile Sprint activities. Required Skills and Experience: + Excellent interpersonal, research and time management skills. + Ability to work under pressure, good judgment in sensitive situations and be able to wear multiple hats at the same time. + Experience with Remedy, JIRA, or similar ITSM. + Experience or Certified Training* with DPAS. Qualifications: + This position requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience working on either a Service or IT contract or a total of 5 years of related experience can be substituted if the skills and requirements are similar. + Minimum of Top Secret Clearance. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds + Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to drive a cargo van. + ITIL Foundation v3 is desired. + Defense Reutilization Marketing Office experience (aka DLA disposition services) desired.
