As a Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding key business processes and system solutions supporting those processes; troubleshooting daily operational issues; maintenance of metrics supporting the SCO (Supply Chain Optimization) program; management of data needed for program on-boarding and daily operations; coordination and follow up with regional and global team leaders on various logistics reports; Emerson carrier’s contract management; Carrier Risk Assessment tool and processes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform configuration and programming set-up to troubleshoot issues in Oracle Transportation Management tool. Provide user support, trainings and problem resolution to both internal and external collaborators. Work closely with regional and global teams on creating and updating Emerson Corporate carriers’ contracts though the Contract Management processes. Manage the Program Operations Help Desk and provide daily logistics support globally. Run reports and work with service providers to improve the Supply Chain Optimization program metrics for EMEA region.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain operations or closely related business management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
