Here’s the Gist:
The Logistics Analyst will be the liaison between the Third-Party Logistics organization managing the TW Alexander warehouse and Wolfspeed. This role will be physically based in the TWA warehouse and will help troubleshoot inventory discrepancies between both systems and be the point person to investigate problems and to engage the correct internal departments to help solve such problems. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, and will be committed to the business. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM with occasional weekend hours as needed.

The Day-to-Day:
- Be the daily communicator between Wolfspeed and the Third-Party Logistics team
- Coordinate fulfilment of EDI move orders in a prompt manner
- Work with AP to identify receipts on hold and look for resolution
- Investigate/analyze any discrepancy of inventory
- Reach out to procurement when PO information/packing slip information is missing from shipments to gather for receiving purposes
- Get yearly information on obsolete items (by pulling reports) that haven't been used in over a year and discuss with Third Party Logistics to scrap them in system
- Schedule a monthly review for inventory check between both systems to ensure accuracy
This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
- BS degree in supply chain or business with 2 years of related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Suite programs
- Experience using ERP software (E.g. SAP or Oracle)
- Experience managing inventory, performing receipts, and conducting cycle counts
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs frequently, as well as be able to stand and walk an entire shift
- This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
