Job Summary

The logistics assistant supports the order fulfillment processes within a 3PL or onsite warehouse.

Responsibilities/Description:

Responsible for managing administrative work, as requisition creation, document and letter issues related to logistic and transportation.Assist in the creation and distribution of periodic reports and metrics.Provide support to the operations as needed.Maintain database(s) related to logistics data.Verify documents; could be import, export or warehouse related and notify deviations.Populate spreadsheets and databases from SAP, Oflow, sales force for analysis.Assists Logistics team on administrative tasks.Support inventory counting.

Requirements:

High school or equivalent education (logistics, supply chain or related)+1 year administrative experienceEffective communication skillsCollaborative and team playerAdvance level of English
