Job Scope
Oversee and facilitate the delivery of supplies or shipments in a reasonable time period. Coordinate and monitor resources to achieve effective distribution of supplies and ensure the smooth operations for maximum efficiency to lower cost. Manage all purchasing requests from quotation to delivery on site Liaise with all types of local Administration to obtain documentation as required Liaise with Crewing Manager to put in place crew change planning schedule

Good knowledge of the offshore industry (vessel assistance), procurement and delivery of equipment, goods, crew change/husbandry activities. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role Must have some training in logistics and/or supply chain Must be motived, dynamic, be able to speak English, be able to communicate in a multi-cultural environment Must be in possession of a clean driving licence. Good knowledge of Office Pack software
