A High-Level Snapshot of the Role: As a Logistics and Operations Coordinator, you will project-manage the seamless flow of materials and information between clients, vendors, and our installation team. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, you'll streamline the post-order process, manage warehouse inventory, prepare for installations, and coordinate vendor communications. A Day in the Life: + Oversee a high volume of projects at various stages. + Maintain efficient warehouse operations, including virtual logging and physical management of inventory. + Prepare materials and provide installers with product and installation details. + Communicate effectively with vendors and logistics partners regarding orders, deliveries, and timelines. + Support installation scheduling and troubleshoot any changes that arise. + Provide project support to the Operations Manager with the goal of eventually managing parts of the process independently. + Update multiple platforms, including Salesforce, Smartsheet, and vendor portals, throughout the project management process. + Ensure project timelines are met through effective coordination among internal teams, clients, and vendors. + Occasionally visit project sites to assist with installations or deliver products (mileage reimbursement provided). + Handle incoming repair requests and schedule follow-up service calls for customer service. + Problem-solve confidently and proficiently on the spot. + Assist the Operations Manager with any additional priorities or tasks as needed. + Provide showroom coverage as required. + Potential for quarterly out-of-state travel. Who We’re Looking For: A proactive problem-solver with a "figure-it-out" attitude—someone who takes ownership and isn’t afraid to dive in to find answers. While interior design industry experience isn’t mandatory, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently are essential. Experience/Qualifications: + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. + Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. + Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, or ERP systems is a plus. + Background in customer service and/or account management; operations experience is desirable. + Experience in distribution, purchasing, and/or vendor management is preferred. + A curious, confident, and driven mindset focused on solutions. + Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic team of lifelong learners. + Comfort in driving to and attending onsite appointments in luxury home settings. + Experience with luxury in-home products is a plus. + Openness to shifting priorities on a daily basis. + Bonus points for a background in design sales and operations.
