Direct Hire position$21.50 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:00pm to 03:30am)Create, maintain, & organize an efficient safe work areaRead production schedules, customer & shipping orders; requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributedSort & place materials/items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequencesSort & store materials on a first-in-first-out basisFill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items & distribute them to productionAssemble/prepare customer orders from stock & convey to packing stations/shipping deptsMark materials w/identifying info, open bales, crates, & other containers Record amounts of materials/items received & distributedLearn process according to training plans & adapt to assignmentsContribute to improvement ideasSafely handle, store, & transport hazardous materials/waste in compliance w/state & federal regulationsWork to meet production goalsEnter records, Inventory, compile worksheets, & tickets from customer specsTransport stored items from warehouse to plant/pick up items from locations for shipmentLogistics Associate Qualifications:
Regularly lift & move 30lbs.See/hear alarms, & timers; follow verbal instructionsClimb up & down stairsHigh School Diploma/GED1-3 years related experience/trainingCommunicate, read, write & speak in EnglishAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, & decimalsIntermediate computer skills/Microsoft programsValid Driver’s LicenseApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
