Job Title: Logistics Associate

Job Description:

Carvana is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associates to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our inventory by conducting multi-point inspections on incoming vehicles. You will inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic concerns, ensuring they meet our high standards. In addition, you’ll drive and operate company-owned vehicles within our parking lot, perform updates on iPads, and assist with cleaning and documenting vehicle details.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough multi-point inspections of incoming vehicles.Assess mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic conditions of each vehicle.Operate company-owned vehicles on company property.Drive cars to various locations within the parking lot.Perform vehicle updates via iPad.Clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles to maintain their appearance.Capture high-quality photos of vehicles using an iPad and upload data into our system.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.Strong team player with an appreciation for the value of collaboration.Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the parking lot (up to 5 miles per day).Tech-savvy with experience using mobile devices (iPads) for updates and data entry.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in diverse weather conditions, including cold, rain, and heat.Must be dependable and punctual; attendance is critical.

Shift Availability:1st Shift ($15/hour):Tues - Sat (3 positions)Sun - Thurs (3 positions)2nd Shift ($16/hour):Sun - Thurs (2 positions)Tues - Sat (1 position)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
