Impact Statement: Leads the operational service offered by each logistic provider in each transport & warehouses ops in Brazil for outbound processes (distribution, AG sales, returns, NF Issuing), supporting the sales businesses areas and CSR team and customers to ensure the customer service level, compliance in SOX and third-party partner's SLA, based on logistics optimization and lowest costs, criticized by a dynamic customer orientation guidance
Role & Responsibilities: invoicing, picking, tendering, expedition and distribution processes; Brazil warehouse, Goods receipt & Transport performances (Sales & Transfers) & Freight planning / optimization; expenses control (Transfers, Distribution & Returns); Returns; Ensure compliance in SOX and support audits; monthly face meetings based on issues, projects, action plans, Expectations, performance, compliances with each logistics player, Outbound Control tower, sales team (including sales district meeting) and CSR; volume forecast; Quarter closing report (RR); Logistics RCCP; Distribution visibility; Order management inputs from CSR; Freight payment process (before sending to APAY); Commercial team availability process alignment;

Skills/Core Competencies
Office package: Advanced knowledge at excel, word, power point, Power BI Management Systems: Advanced knowledge at SAP; WMS; Knowledge and experience in transportation, warehousing, and Logistics Contract management (4 years at least) Building Sustainable Relationships Communication with Impact Teamwork / Collaboration Analysis and Judgement Management for Productivity Language: English (advanced mandatory) and Spanish (desired)
