Logistics Center Associate II

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Center Associate II to support our commitment to continuous improvement and LEAN culture at KARL STORZ. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality, safety, and productivity while engaging in various logistics tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in LEAN initiatives (5S, Idea Board, Audits) to drive continuous improvement. Cross-train in inbound tasks and assist with Non-Conformance Reporting. Help manage inventory and replenish receiving supplies.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Proficiency in SAP and intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite). Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Dependable and punctual with a focus on safety and quality.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 30-75 lbs occasionally with assistance. Comfortable with manual pallet jacks and standard warehouse movement.
