Description Robert Half is offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Logistics Clerk in a well-established logistics company in Georgetown, Kentucky. The role involves working in the logistics industry where you will be expected to effectively manage dispatching and related duties. 3rd shift position 12am - 8am with overtime opportunities. Responsibilities: • Manage dispatching operations effectively, ensuring smooth logistics process • Perform data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving of goods • Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner • Monitor and manage freight carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods • Keep accurate records of customer credit applications and take appropriate actions when necessary • Maintain a high level of customer service within the call center • Ensure efficient logistics and distribution of goods to customers • Process and handle customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
