**Job Title: Logistics Coordinator**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to ensure the seamless coordination of material shipments and deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process, from the plant floor to data entry, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure all material is loaded on trucks for shipment
+ Coordinate with site and drivers to ensure all material is being delivered on time
+ Utilize bill of lading
+ Be on the plant floor to ensure every piece of material is loaded onto the truck
+ Enter information into the computer
+ Coordinate with plant manager and project team
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in shipping and receiving
+ Inventory management skills
+ Customer service skills
+ Data entry proficiency
+ Knowledge of freight and supply chain logistics
+ Dispatching experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Experience with third-party logistics
+ SAP knowledge
+ Inventory control experience
+ Order entry skills
+ Negotiation skills
+ Forklift operation experience
+ Import and export knowledge
+ Administrative support skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
+ ERP system experience
+ Shipment management
