This will involve working with other teams to ensure transportation for patients is appropriately scheduled and that patients arrive on-time for appointments. **Exceptional Skills and Qualifications** Applicants for this position should be able to perform related duties and task, including but not limited to: + High school diploma or GED equivalent required + Associate degree or higher level of education preferred + At least two years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor preferred + Healthcare experience preferred + Prior scheduling experience preferred + Proactive with strong personal initiative + Highly organized and detail oriented + Be a self-starter with the ability to drive projects and initiatives through to completion + Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, multi-tasking, customer service and interpersonal skills + Comfort with technology including Microsoft suite of products required + Ability to answer multiple-line phones **Why Community?** At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
