Logistics Coordinator
Job Description

Monitor and control warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing and coordinating the movement of supplies, products and merchandise into and out of the warehouse. Review, validate, analyse, monitor and propose countermeasures for deviations of contractual and operations KPI´s results of the operation (3PL, transportation and other contractors).

Monitor the 3PL performance for KPIs of timing, consistency and finance Helps manage inventory levels, signalizing where we have too much inventory and helping the team maximizing profit, optimizing Service and cost. Minimize cost, working capital and supply chain losses, optimizing service levels – Safety stock- FEFO. PO Management – guarantee PO packaging and labeling – PO copacker – PO WH and PO Transportation. Balance in/Out capacity – Oversee and assisting the 3PL the correct loading and unloading of deliveries. Guarantee the warehouse operational procedures as delivery, returns, stock taken, etc. Maintain inventory records of warehouses and databases, and coordinate to the principal DC. Lead Log. Os initiatives ( WH, transportation). Stablish weekly and monthly re-stickering and labeling plan and define priorities. Provide regular inventory reports to management. Support 3PL verifying accuracy of incoming inventory and solve any discrepancies between paperwork and inventory received. Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts and lead the stock taken inventory.

Competencies:

numeracy skills Proficient computer skills- (Excel- Power point, Power BI, SAP, WMS) Inventory management experience (FEFO, quality, stock analysis) Understanding of warehouse management procedures teamwork organizing and planning skills attention to detail and accuracy communication skills

Education:

Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in logistics area
