Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator will be accountable for coordinating the organization's daily logistical operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution. They will organize and direct warehouse operations including order fulfillment, transportation coordination, freight movement, and receipt processing. The associate will also be responsible for assisting with other additional duties that will include order administration, domestic and international freight coordination and staff support.
Shift and Schedule: This position will be working 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30pm. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.
Specific Duties
Coordinate order selection and processing.Monitor and report on activities related to outgoing customer sales orders and internal transfers.Cross trained across other RDC teams to support in daily functions.Certified on all PIT equipment in RDC.Ensure daily receipt reporting in distribution center.Track and coordinate inter warehouse transfers, ensuring transactional excellenceMonitor and insure incoming/outgoing truck shipments are coordinated for all activities.Monitor customer shipments, ensuring that each transaction has been processed correctly and that there are no exceptions that will delay shipment billing. Resolve as necessary.Maintain professional communication and a proficient relationship with other departments as it relates to the Distribution Department.Perform other duties as assigned. Total Rewards Pay starting at $23.24 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.40 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.Where Applicable:
