Logistics Coordinator
Job Title: Logistics/Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Assist the Sales Team with sales order processing, communication with customers regarding new or existing sales orders, and managing the lifecycle process for new manufacturing orders. Monitor outstanding sales and purchase orders and close them out if necessary. Manage Master Data by updating or adding new items into ERP, ensuring information is correct for Order Management and Production. Maintain customer data information in the system, validate information for new or existing items, and update orders with changes when necessary. Assist the Logistics Team by managing daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickup and delivery and working with the customer service team to schedule outbound shipments. Create production orders with accurate dates and follow up on changes from start to end.

The pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $55000.00
