**Job Title:** Logistics Coordinator
**Location:** Malvern, PA
**Hourly Rate:** $20/hour
**Pay Schedule:** Weekly
**Position Overview:**
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to assist Dock Supervisors and Clerical Staff with order writing, making bills of lading, truck check-ins, customer communication, data entry, and record-keeping. This role requires import/export experience and the ability to prioritize tasks and lead dock operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Respond to customer calls and emails.
+ Schedule inbound/outbound trucks.
+ Maintain shipping/receiving records and bills of lading.
+ Track inventory and ensure accurate scanning on HPP.
+ Coordinate dock employees on product handling.
+ Create accurate picks and ensure weekly tasks are closed by Monday.
+ Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
+ Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
**Qualifications:**
+ Import/export experience.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
+ Dependable with excellent attendance.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
