Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Logistics Coordinator in Florence, Kentucky. As a Logistics Coordinator, your core function will be to serve as a crucial point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries, orders, and support needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately log customer orders into the ERP system. • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, providing proactive and friendly service. • Address customer inquiries, including questions about product availability, order status, and shipping status. • Support the Sales, Logistics, and Accounting team as required. • Escalate customer concerns of greater impact or technical complexity. • Process customer requests for samples and create customer invoices. • Assist in processing vendor invoices by compiling supporting documentation and entering records into ERP system. • Participate actively in cross-functional training to enhance work functions and procedures. • Complete miscellaneous departmental reports and other administrative tasks as needed. • Perform duties as assigned by the manager in a manner that meets company safety requirements. Requirements • Proficiency in business systems is required for efficient operations • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data • Experience with billing functions to accurately invoice customers and manage financial transactions • Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships • Knowledge of SAP to handle business operations and customer relations • Proficiency in Access to manage databases and streamline processes • Experience with handling purchase orders to ensure smooth business transactions • Ability to perform numeric data entry accurately and quickly for efficient data management TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
