As a Logistics Clerk, you will play a key role in managing and resolving issues related to logistics, shipping, and customer complaints. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained • Oversee logistics operations to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products • Check devices for any issues and rectify them promptly • Manage shipping processes, ensuring all packages are correctly labeled and sent to their respective destinations • Answer inbound calls, assisting customers with their queries and concerns • Perform billing functions accurately and promptly • Display excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and expectations • Coordinate logistics activities, ensuring all operations are carried out efficiently.
