Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in Rancho Cucamonga, California. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be immersed in the logistics and business systems industry, using your skills to manage ERP solutions, CRM, and Cargowise tools. You will be crucial in maintaining efficient business operations and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing customer orders and managing their accounts • Utilizing ERP Solutions and CRM for efficient business operations • Handling Billing Functions and ensuring accurate records • Communicating effectively with customers, resolving their inquiries • Working with the Cargowise tool for logistics management • Using 'About Time' tool for efficient time management • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations • Collaborating with team members to achieve business objectives • Implementing business systems for operational efficiency • Providing high-quality customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction Requirements • Proficiency in business systems is a must. • Prior experience with Cargowise software is required. • Must be well-versed with CRM tools and techniques. • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. • Knowledge of ERP Solutions is essential. • Familiarity with the 'About Time' software is preferred. • Ability to perform billing functions effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. • Exceptional customer service skills are necessary. • Experience with customs procedures and regulations is a plus.
