Logistics Coordinator
Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorJob Description As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the team with communication, data management, and logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient shipment activities, managing master data, and maintaining customer information. Responsibilities + Communicate with customers regarding new or existing sales orders. + Monitor outstanding sales and purchase orders and close out if necessary. + Update or add new items into excel, involving operations in two companies. + Maintain customer data information in the system. + Validate information for new or existing items for accuracy. + Update orders with changes when requested. + Assist in managing daily shipment activities to ensure timely pickup and delivery. + Schedule outbound shipments and create production orders with accurate dates, following up on changes from start to end. Essential Skills + Customer service experience (1-2 years) + Logistics experience + Data entry skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Additional Skills & Qualifications + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Work Environment You will be working five days a week in the office alongside your team. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring effective communication and coordination. You will be using various technologies and tools to manage data and logistics operations.
