Logistics Coordinator

Job Type: Full Time; Non-Exempt 
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Location: Ravena, NY 12143
Hourly Rate: $18.50/hr

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’re a detail-oriented, adaptable individual with a passion for logistics and teamwork. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy tackling challenges head-on. You’re excited to contribute to a growing cannabis company, ensuring that every order is processed with precision and care, while maintaining compliance with state regulations. As a Logistics Coordinator, you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and working collaboratively.

What You Will Do:

Assist with inventory counts, adjust records, and ensure compliance with state regulations through accurate database updates. Pick, package, label, and apply compliance stickers to wholesale orders with precision. Work with the Inventory Coordinator(s) to prepare inventory reports, monitor balances, identify shortages, and maintain compliance records in BioTrack. Support delivery teams by preparing manifests and handling transfer documentation. Ensure all products are labeled accurately, and all processes adhere to company and state standards. Assist in cultivation as needed and complete additional tasks as directed by management.

What You Will Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with a high level of detail and accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment challenges independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Able to follow instructions and solve problems in a structured environment. A commitment to professionalism, honesty, and team culture.  Comfortable with calculations, including fractions, percentages, and ratios.

Even Better If:

You have 1 year of experience in a fast-paced order fulfillment or warehouse environment.  You have prior experience using Excel in a professional setting. 

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to climb ladders or crawl under low spaces Ability to use computer and look at a screen for long periods of time Ability to have close vision (read small print at 20 inches or less)

 

 

New York Hiring Range$18.50—$18.50 USD
