We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the supply chain process, ensuring efficient transportation and inventory management. This position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze data to optimize logistics operations. Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee transportation management activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods. Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing. Analyze stock levels and inventory management processes to maintain optimal supply levels. Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and monitor performance metrics. Dispatch shipments effectively while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics operations and improve efficiency. Prepare reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field is preferred. 1 year of management and leadership experience with clinical, medical specimen work experience helpful but not required in a transportation setting Strong understanding of transportation management systems and inventory management practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor management. Ability to analyze data effectively to make informed decisions. Familiarity with dispatching processes and stock management is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
