Logistics Coordinator
Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Logistics Coordinator in Scottsdale, Arizona.. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the precision, integrity, and accessibility of essential production and inventory data. You will collaborate closely with production supervisors, purchasing, and other stakeholders to enhance operational performance through efficient data management and reporting. Responsibilities: • Guarantee the precision and completeness of daily production data, including monitoring and validating production schedules against actual outputs. • Uphold and validate Bill of Materials (BOM) data, ensuring it synchronizes with production needs. • Authenticate and ensure correct documentation of batch records for compliance and traceability. • Lead the management of weekly and monthly inventory reporting to support decision-making and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with teams to review open orders, material availability and address priority needs. • Track and report inventory levels, ensuring alignment with production schedules. • Lead reconciliation processes to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies. • Support daily production performance reporting to aid supervisors and operational leadership. • Collect, analyze, and compile production data to track key performance metrics. • Work with production supervisors to generate actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvements. • Ensure timely distribution of daily performance reports to the relevant stakeholders.
