We are searching for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator at our location nearby Schenectady. This role will involve handling various tasks related to logistics coordination, communication, and superior customer service in the Printing/Manufacturing industry!
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage business systems related to logistics coordination
• Handle billing functions and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions
• Execute detail oriented email communication, as this is an email heavy position
• Deliver top-tier customer service to maintain client satisfaction

Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics coordination role or similar position
• Proficiency in business systems and logistics software,
• Printing or manufacturing experience is a huge plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and problem-solving
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations
• Proven track record of providing superior customer service and going above and beyond to meet client needs
